When you register on their website, at the backend they mail you the protected IP address and the instructions for the configuration procedures. These POPS constantly remain at war with the DDOS attacks and they make sure that none of the DDOS carrying packets move up to the server. Though precautions are taken and software is installed at the server end that provides you yet another traffic control zone. It doesn’t filter the traffic but in case of DDOS attacks this software communicates with POPs, which does the remaining work.
